S9MY Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Online Betting Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

Use of the s9my platform is fully subject to these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on s9my, you automatically and irrevocably agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are required to not using the s9my platform and close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the s9my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at s9my. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and date of birth.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.

S9my will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, particularly where you have failed to report the incident promptly.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

S9my supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

6Betting Rules

All betting activity on the s9my platform — including Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, La Liga, BWF badminton, MLBB esports, slots, Live Casino, and Virtual Sports — is subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by members.
• S9my reserves the right to void any bet accepted on the basis of a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds.
• For football and other sports betting, any wagers placed after the betting deadline has passed will be voided and the stake returned.
• For live in-play betting, odds may change or markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match. s9my is not responsible for any losses resulting from live data delays.
• Winnings will be credited to the member's account automatically once the official result is confirmed.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a betting outcome, the result recorded by the s9my system shall be deemed final.

7Responsible Gaming

S9my is deeply committed to responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a way to resolve financial difficulties or a primary source of income.

S9my provides the following tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a deposit limit for a specified time period.
• Loss Limit: Cap your maximum losses within a specified time period.
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend access to your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account due to a gambling problem.

8Account Suspension & Closure

S9my reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Owning multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour towards s9my staff.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, s9my reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including any pending withdrawals. s9my's decision in such matters is final.

Voluntary Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting s9my customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned once all bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

9Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the s9my platform — including text, images, logos, designs, source code, domain names, and branding — is the exclusive property of s9my and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.
